About the Presenter:

Lynn Dailey is an assistant professor in the School of Management at Capital University where she teaches marketing-related courses. She has a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Ohio University. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 2001.

Dr. Dailey has worked many years in industry. Her positions include a wide variety of marketing-related positions ranging from Inside Sales to Marketing Manager. For the past few years, she has been engaged in marketing consulting specializing in internet marketing. Dr. Dailey’s research interests include topics relating to consumer behavior and the internet. She has presented numerous papers for the American Marketing Association.
